(PRIMASPORT) NINGBO – Jasmine Paolini made a good debut at the WTA 500 tournament in Ningbo, defeating Ukrainian Anhelina Kalinina in straight sets with a score of 6-2 7-5.

The Italian tennis player, ranked No. 35 in the world, faced No. 51 Kalinina in the first round, who entered the draw as a lucky loser. In the second round, Paolini will face young American Iva Jovic, ranked No. 12 and the fourth favorite in the tournament underway in the Chinese city. (PRIMASPORT)
