(PRIMASPORT) UDINE Udinese faces a new difficult situation in attack following Vakoun Bayo's muscle injury. The Ivorian striker has torn his right thigh biceps and, as announced by the Friulian club, has already begun his recovery. He is not expected to return before the end of the next league break in mid-November.
This issue adds to the problems facing other attacking players already unavailable: Nicolò Zaniolo, out with a right hamstring injury sustained while playing for the Italian national team, and Idrissa Gueye, who underwent ankle surgery after a sprain suffered in the friendly against Pogon Szczecin. Keinan Davis, recovering from a muscle injury, is also still recovering and only appeared at the end of the recent match against Turin.
The emergency forces coach Kosta Runjaic to adapt the few offensive resources still available, including the young Jovanovic and attacking midfielders like Unai Gomez, Chakvetadze, and Ekkelenkamp. (PRIMASPORT)
