Parma and Udinese, a point each to overcome the fear of defeat

(PRIMASPORT) The fear of defeat prevailed between Parma and Udinese, and the logical consequence was a goalless draw, also thanks to a penalty saved by goalkeeper Okoye against Bernabé. At the Tardini in Parma, the head-to-head match comes at a difficult time for both benches, particularly Runjaic's. It was Udinese who came closest to scoring first, with Zaniolo curling a left-footed shot just wide after six minutes. Udinese maintained possession and dominated the opposition's half, while Parma attempted to respond on the counterattack. Davis saw the ball blocked just short of the goal line by a Parma defender. The great save, however, came from the Udinese goalkeeper, who then parried Bernabé's penalty, awarded for a handball by Abankwah. Udinese continued to come close to taking the lead with Ekkelenkamp and Gomez: Troilo saved the first, and Daffara saved the second. After six consecutive defeats, Udinese earned a valuable point and remain tied on five points with Parma. (PRIMASPORT)
