(PRIMASPORT) TOKYO Carlos Alcaraz has qualified for the semifinals of the ATP Tokyo tournament thanks to the withdrawal of Canadian Denis Shapovalov, who was forced to leave the court with a right thigh muscle injury. Alcaraz was leading 7-6, 2-1 when his opponent retired.
