Villach in autumn: hikes, slow trails and moments of well-being immersed in the Carinthian countryside.

(PRIMASPORT) Con l’arrivo dell’autunno, la regione turistica di Villach – Faaker See – Ossiacher See, situata nel cuore della Carinzia a pochi chilometri dal confine italiano, propone diverse attività per scoprire i paesaggi naturali e rigenerarsi con esperienze all’aperto.

The Schwarzsee circular trail, located on Mount Verditz at an altitude of 1,801 meters, offers a medium-difficulty hiking trail of approximately 8 km through coniferous forests and high-altitude pastures, with a stop at the Schwarzseehütte to taste typical Carinthian specialties.

Particularly recommended are the slow trails, short, easy, and well-marked routes that allow you to contemplate the landscape, following the contours of Lakes Faak, Ossiach, and Afritz, as well as the historic areas around Wernberg Monastery. These trails are ideal for enjoying the autumn colors and the tranquility of the area.

For relaxation after physical activity, the thermal waters of KärntenTherme and the ThermenResort Warmbad-Villach offer pools and saunas, as well as the historic Thermal-Urquellbecken, built directly on the thermal springs.

Those staying in the region can take advantage of the Erlebnis CARD, which includes guided tours and activities, including yoga in the underground tunnels of Bad Bleiberg, practiced in a quiet environment and a particular microclimate that promotes concentration and relaxation.

Le sessioni di yoga si tengono il giovedì pomeriggio fino al 1° novembre 2026 e sono accessibili su prenotazione, completando così un’offerta autunnale che unisce sport, natura e benessere. (PRIMASPORT)
