CORIANO – Coriano is preparing to commemorate Marco Simoncelli, fifteen years after his tragic death on October 23, 2011, during the Malaysian Grand Prix. On Friday, October 23, at 7:00 PM, Mayor Gianluca Ugolini and the city administration will lay a floral tribute at "Il Podio" on Via Garibaldi, in the center of the Romagna town, a symbolic location for the motorcyclist. The ceremony will be open to all residents and motorcycle enthusiasts, to remember Simoncelli not only as a world-renowned champion, but above all for his humanity and the genuine way he connected with others.
