Milan, Amorim changes the starting eleven for the Europa League match against Benfica.

(PRIMASPORT) MILAN AC Milan is preparing for a Europa League match with a revamped starting eleven under Ruben Amorim. The Rossoneri coach has announced a trial lineup for the match against Benfica at San Siro, aiming to test several players in a midweek European fixture.

Up front, Clemente Gonzalo Ramos, a former player of the night, will start in search of his first international goal for the Rossoneri. Hutchinson will make his debut in the starting lineup, partnering Cisse in the attacking midfield. Unusually, Luka Modric and Adrien Rabiot will be on the bench in favor of the young duo of Jashari and Musah, who played a key role in the impressive comeback against Lazio at the Olimpico.

On the wings, Chukwueze and Bartesaghi appear to be the starting lineup. In defense, Ruben Amorim could once again rely on Terracciano to give Gila a rest, with De Winter and Pavlovic confirmed at center. Gianluigi Maignan will remain as goalkeeper and team captain.

The AC Milan coach emphasized that this first matchday of the Europa League group stage represents the beginning of a journey that must be approached with maximum ambition. (PRIMASPORT)
