Malagò celebrates the successes of the Italian national football teams and their next goals

(PRIMASPORT) FIGC Commissioner Giovanni Malagò praised the performances of Italy's top national football teams over the past month, highlighting their achievements and future goals. During an interview with Radio Anch'io Sport, Malagò highlighted how the senior national team showed significant progress starting in the second half of the match against Belgium.

She also noted that the Under-21 team qualified for the European Championship, a feat not achieved recently, and is now aiming for a podium finish and qualification for the Olympics, an event Italy has missed in four editions. Tomorrow, she will be in Florence for the return match of the women's national team, which is playing for qualification for the World Cup final, a significant achievement.

Malagò finally highlighted the presence of young talents in the Under-21 team, such as Pio Esposito and Kayode, who could soon be called up to the senior national team by Baldini for the European Championship. This transfer of players between the two national teams is in line with the strategy advocated by the FIGC and supported by coach Claudio Ranieri, along with Gianfranco Zola. (PRIMASPORT)
