Cremonese beat Juventus 1-0 in a friendly match at Continassa.

(PRIMASPORT) TURIN – A surprising friendly match at Continassa during the international break, where Cremonese defeated Juventus 1-0. The decisive goal came in the 12th minute of the first half, with Bonazzoli finishing off an assist from Licina, capitalizing on a mistake by the young Juventus player Amaradio.

Pecchia's team, led by a former Juventus player, started the match with determination and maintained control for much of the match, demonstrating good tactical organization and even managing possession at times in the second half. Juventus, without several regular starters and with an unusual formation—Gatti deployed as a full-back and Cambiaso as a midfielder—struggled especially in attack, with Kolo Muani limited and inaccurate in his finishing.

The match also saw the debuts of former Juventus players Marchisio and Montero, while Cremonese came close to doubling their lead on several occasions, only to be saved by Juventus' third-choice goalkeeper Pinsoglio.

(PRIMASPORT)
