(PRIMASPORT) UDINE AC Milan owner Gerry Cardinale expressed his satisfaction with the Rossoneri's performance in their 2-0 victory over Udinese at the Bluenergy Stadium. Leaving the stadium, Cardinale emphasized the team's growth and ability to bounce back after their disappointing performance in Europe: "The team continues to improve and showed great resilience after their disappointing performance in Europe. We maintained a high intensity throughout the match; our possession and aggressiveness in recovering the ball after losing it were very positive aspects," he told Sky Sport.
The owner also praised the work of coach Ruben Amorim, highlighting his effective management of rotations and substitutions: "Ruben managed the rotations and substitutions well. All of this puts us in good shape ahead of Wednesday's home match," referring to the upcoming match against Bologna at San Siro.
Interviewed by Telelombardia, Cardinale confirmed his presence to support the team in the upcoming matches: "I'm very happy. See you on Wednesday. Will I stay in Milan all week? Yes, I'll stay all week for Bologna and Inter.".
In addition to the pitch, Cardinale will be busy in Milan over the next few days with AC Milan's shareholders' meeting and the presentation of the new stadium, as well as an initial meeting with the Nerazzurri management before Saturday's derby. (PRIMASPORT)
