BOLTIERE - The Italian Volleyball Federation mourns the passing of Stefania Corna, who passed away at the age of 35 on Wednesday, October 7. After a long illness that seemed to have been overcome, it unfortunately returned, taking her from the affection of her loved ones and the many fans of the teams she played for. The Bergamo-born playmaker, who grew up in the historic Foppapedretti youth academy, played in various Serie A teams, from Milan to Parma, and then on to Pavia, Giaveno, Casalmaggiore, Montichiari, and Scandicci.
