(PRIMASPORT) CASTEL VOLTURNO Napoli midfielder Stanislav Lobotka suffered multiple injuries to his left ankle during the match against Monza. Diagnostic tests performed at Pineta Grande Hospital in Castel Volturno revealed a lesion of the tibiofibular syndesmosis without instability, a tear of the ligaments connecting the tibia and fibula just above the ankle joint, and a low-grade tear of the anterior talofibular ligament.
The player has already begun his rehabilitation program and is expected to return to the field in approximately a month and a half, during which time he will be absent from Serie A competitions. (PRIMASPORT)
