(PRIMASPORT) MILAN – The Shareholders' Meeting of was held today AC Milan, during which the results of the consolidated financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, approved by the Board of Directors last September, were presented.
The Group closes the 2025/26 financial year with revenues of €464.6 million and a negative net result of approximately €24 million. The solidity of the business model developed in recent years, combined with financial discipline and operational efficiency, has allowed the Club to absorb a significant portion of the economic impact of its absence from European competitions. The commercial performance was positive, with revenues from sponsorships exceeding €100 million and an average of over 72 thousand spectators per match, the highest in Serie A for the second consecutive year.
The foundations laid in recent years now allow the Club to accelerate a new phase of investment, supported by the long-term commitment of RedBird and the owner-operator model, which combines capital, operational expertise, and execution capabilities to support the Club's growth and competitiveness.
Paul Scaroni, President of AC Milan, declared: “The results presented today confirm the solidity of our business model, even in a challenging season. Gerry Cardinale's leadership and RedBird's investments and expertise have been crucial to the Club's growth and will continue to support its future, with sporting competitiveness always at the core. Massimo Calvelli's appointment as CEO during the financial year is part of this strategy. Today is also an important day for AC Milan's future: after years of anticipation, we will finally present the architectural design for the new stadium. This investment is destined to transform the future of the Club, its fans, the city of Milan, and Italian football.
After the acquisition of the San Siro area in November 2025, the presentation of the architectural project marks a further fundamental step on the path towards the construction of the new stadium. A strategic project, accelerated thanks to RedBird's vision and expertise, destined to transform the fan experience, generate new revenue opportunities, and strengthen the Club's ability to compete at the highest levels.
For the second consecutive year, AC Milan publishes its Sustainability Report together with the financial statements, continuing a consolidated path of reporting its ESG activities. The Club was the first unlisted Italian football club to align the publication of the two documents, strengthening its commitment to transparency and responsibility. Through Milan Foundation, the Club values the power of football as a tool for positive social change, promoting education, inclusion and well-being and creating opportunities for young people and communities in Italy and around the world.
