Allegri receives a two-match suspension after Napoli-Roma for disrespectful remarks.

(PRIMASPORT) The sports judge has handed down a two-match suspension to Massimiliano Allegri following his behavior during and after the Napoli-Roma match. The Napoli coach was punished for using insults towards the match officials in the 45th minute of the second half, and subsequently in the locker room for aggressive behavior toward an opposing team official and using grossly disrespectful language, as noted by the fourth official, the match director, and collaborators of the Federal Prosecutor's Office.

Allegri will therefore miss the Monza-Napoli and Juventus-Napoli matches.

Meanwhile, Lecce defender Gaspar was also handed a two-match suspension after being sent off late in the match against Juventus for inappropriate behavior towards an opponent and for making an insulting comment towards the referee in the 49th minute of the second half.

Among other sanctions, fines were imposed on several clubs: €15,000 to Lecce for throwing six smoke bombs by their supporters during the match, which caused delays to the restart; €3,000 to Udinese for offensive chants directed at an opposing player; and €2,000 each to Cagliari, Lazio, and Parma for causing unjustified delays of one minute each at the start of the first half.
