PARIS - Maja Chwalinska, the 24-year-old Polish player, ranked 104th in the world, who reached the Roland Garros final, lost her match against Mirra Andreeva, ranked 8th in the WTA. The score was 6-3, 6-2 in favor of the 19-year-old Russian, in one hour and 23 minutes. The first set was almost entirely break-break, with Andreeva, however, managing to hold serve twice. In the second set, Chwalinska broke her opponent in the seventh game, but immediately dropped serve in the next, falling to Andreeva, who had only dropped one set in Paris.
