MILAN-CORTINA - The mixed biathlon team takes silver. The 4x6km mixed relay team, composed of Tommaso Giacomel, Lukas Hofer, Dorothea Wierer, and Lisa Vittozzi, has to give way only to the very strong French team. On the Antholz circuit, the French team takes the lead from the first few runners. The Italians battle within tenths of a second with Germany and Norway. The final difference comes from the two shots of the last Italian runner, Lisa Vittozzi: she scores consistently, and fast ones at that. Germany completes the podium.
