European Police & Fire Games

VIGO – A historic day in Vigo for the Italian national team at the 2026 European Police & Fire Games, where Antonino Lollo, former Italian marathon champion, became the European Half Marathon Champion. Lollo, a State Police Select Officer serving with the Bergamo Police Headquarters, set the pace, winning by a wide margin over his opponents, becoming the fastest marathon runner in Europe among police and firefighters. The European Police & Fire Games saw the participation of approximately 3,000 professionals from law enforcement and emergency services.
