TRENTO - The Italian women's ski team is dominating the World Championships in Val di Fassa. After Laura Pirovano's double win in the freestyle on Friday and Saturday, Elena Curtoni has won the super-G. The Valtellina native returns to a World Cup victory, her first since December 2022 (it's her fourth overall, with two in the freestyle and two in the super-G). Asja Zenere also celebrated on the podium (her first career podium), finishing third by just one hundredth of a second behind Norway's Lie. Two other Italian women in the top ten: Laura Pirovano is eighth, Sofia Goggia ninth, and Roberta Melesi is twelfth.
