In Foligno, on Friday, July 10th, one of the fastest heats ever in the women's 100-meter dash took place. Zaynab Dosso (Fiamme Azzurre) clocked 11.18 (+0.2), beating Alessia Pavese (Aeronautica) by just one hundredth of a second. Pavese clocked a personal best of 11.19, becoming the third fastest Italian athlete of all time behind Dosso and former record holder Manuela Levorato.
