(PRIMASPORT) È stato presentato presso l’Aula dei Gruppi Parlamentari della Camera dei Deputati il progetto SilverFit – Prevention in motion, promoted by the Italian Sports Center (CSI) at the national level, dedicated to men and women over 65. The initiative aims to build a culture of movement to accompany people in their senior years, ensuring active aging, preserving self-sufficiency and improving the quality of life.

Anna Ascani, Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies, emphasized how engaging older adults in physical activity not only combats aging but also represents an antidote to loneliness. Mauro Berruto, National Sports Director for the Democratic Party, highlighted the importance of sport as a tool for social inclusion and welfare, envisioning a future in which grandparents and grandchildren practice sports together.

(PRIMASPORT)
