(PRIMASPORT) TURIN – The post-match session at the Allianz Stadium was marked by a heated exchange between Juventus captain Gleison Bremer and coach Luciano Spalletti, following the heavy defeat against Gennaro Gattuso's Lazio.
The Juventus defender and captain vented his anger by attacking some of the team: "I'm not pointing fingers; everyone has their own personality. But there are people who hear the whistles and hide, some are afraid, some aren't. I can only go so far; I can't carry everyone in my arms.".
Spalletti responded to Bremer's comments by emphasizing the importance of personal self-criticism: "It's good that he analyzes things, but he's as much in tonight's game as I am," the coach stated, "and before talking about the team, we need to talk about ourselves. I do that.".
Tension between the captain and coach is putting further pressure on Juventus after their league setback, which sparked internal debate about the team's performance. (PRIMASPORT)
