After their final training session at Coverciano, the team is ready to fly to Tbilisi, Georgia, where the first leg of the first round of the playoffs for the 2027 World Cup finals in Brazil will be played on Friday.

All 28 available players, including recent arrivals from the United States: Boattin, Cantore, and Di Guglielmo, have been working at the Coverciano training center. Tomorrow afternoon, the final training sessions are scheduled at the Petrashvili Stadium in Tbilisi, the venue for Friday's match, which will be played behind closed doors due to UEFA sanctions against Belarus for its involvement in the conflict in Ukraine.
