The 41-year-old British driver denied requesting changes and emphasized the hard work and dedication of the entire team. Hamilton said: “I've seen some of the news that's been circulating and I want to clarify. I never asked for any member of my team to be replaced. Everyone I work with works hard every day, and their dedication is what keeps us going. I always try to empower people and help them be the best version of themselves, or at least see the best in themselves. I may not always be able to do that, but that's my intention and what I'm here to do. We all work together and will continue to do so.”
