MILAN – Torino president Urbano Cairo expressed his appreciation for the new refereeing approach adopted by refereeing designator Daniele Orsato. "He had a different approach compared to how VAR has been applied to date, and right now it seems to me that it's bearing positive results," Cairo said on the sidelines of the "Il Tempo delle Donne" event organized by Corriere della Sera at the Triennale Milano. "For these first few matchdays, I approve of what he's doing: it seems good to me," the Torino president added, emphasizing his favorable assessment of the current refereeing system in Italian football.
