At 33, after undergoing three Achilles tendon surgeries last season, the Italian athlete is having an unforgettable evening. In 2023, she won silver at the European Indoor Championships in Istanbul. Derkach produced a fantastic run: a slightly windy 14.53m (+2.1m) at the start, then 14.48m (+1.3m) and a no-jump over 15 meters, until her breakthrough on her fourth jump, improving her personal best.
