AUSTRIA – Marc Marquez emerged as the fastest rider in the second free practice session for the MotoGP Grand Prix in Austria, clocking a time of 1'29.663 on his Ducati. He was followed by Jorge Martin on his Aprilia, 0.202 seconds behind, and Pedro Acosta on his KTM, 0.226 seconds behind. Next in the standings were Firmin Aldeguer on his Team Gresini Ducati, and Francesco Bagnaia, the second factory Ducati rider, who improved his time from the previous day's qualifying session, where he was fifteenth.
