VULCANO - Antonino Lollo and Patrizia Garbujo triumphed at the "24th Eolie Running Tour," a running event organized by Polisportiva Europa Messina on the roads of Panarea, Lipari, Stromboli, Salina, and Vulcano, which hosted the last of five stages in the archipelago. Ninety participants participated, and Lollo (Gruppo Alpinistico Vertovese) took a commanding victory, winning the challenging 6.3 km circuit leading to the village of Lentia, the "halfway point," with a time of 20:33. Second place went to Federico Casadei (Avis Castel San Pietro), ahead of Carmelo Materia (Duilia Barcellona), Tommaso Pelà (Libertas Cernuschese), and Christian Cenedese.
