LIVIGNO – Italy secured another women's medal, which after yesterday's performance seemed to be a bit of a stingy day today, but this evening Flora Tabanelli secured a bronze medal in the freestyle big air. The 18-year-old from Bologna, competing with a torn cruciate ligament, finished the final with a score of 178.25, surpassed only by Canada's Oldham, gold with 180.75, and China's Gu, silver with 179.00. This is the first Olympic podium for Italian freestyle. The other Italian competitor, Maria Gasslitter, finished ninth (159.25).
