MILAN - Arianna Fontana won the silver medal in the 500m short track despite a technical problem with her skates. The Italian (gold medalist in PyeongChang and Beijing at this distance) finished behind Dutchman Velzeboer and ahead of Canadian Sarault. This is the 35-year-old from Sondrio's 13th Olympic medal (tying fencer Edoardo Mangiarotti's record), having won it since Turin 2006.
