Perhaps they executed it too literally.".
Spalletti emphasized that, despite their positive intention to turn the match around, Juventus left too much space, a fault of their own. "We didn't apply the pressure well, and we played too little on Kolo Muani. When there are no passing lanes in midfield, we have to feed the center forward," he explained. "Kolo Muani wasn't served much today, even though he needs to be more aggressive in some situations.".
Regarding Zhegrova, the coach said: "She's unstoppable in tight duels, but sometimes she makes too many touches and doesn't always serve her teammates effectively. She becomes invaluable when we play exclusively in the opposition's half.".
