TURIN Neto has officially returned to Juventus until June 30, 2027, taking on the role of assistant goalkeeper following Grabara's injury. The Brazilian goalkeeper, who played for Juventus from 2015 to 2017, returns to Turin to address the goalkeeping emergency caused by the cruciate ligament injury in his right knee, which will keep Grabara out for the entire season.
Born in 1989, Neto previously made 22 appearances for Juventus, winning two Scudetti, two Coppa Italia trophies, and one Italian Super Cup. After his time in Turin, the goalkeeper spent five years in Spain with Valencia and Barcelona, three seasons in England with Bournemouth and Arsenal, and finally his last season in Brazil with Botafogo.
The club has identified Neto as the best solution to address the current goalkeeping emergency, given his experience and positive past with Juventus, where he served as Gianluigi Buffon's assistant.
