Napoli were flaccid, tired, lacking in ideas, and underperforming, conceding goals thanks to the ruthless counterattacks of Sarri's men. And if it weren't for Milinkovic-Savic's first-half penalty save from Zaccagni, the defeat would have been even heavier. Today was perhaps the worst Napoli of the Conte era. This match should have secured second place, but instead, a loss could see them caught by AC Milan, who are three points behind and play in Verona tomorrow. All is not lost, but we need to understand the reason for such a poor performance.
