(PRIMASPORT) SINGAPORE Fernando Alonso has stated that after his Formula One career, he will continue to race in other motorsports. Interviewed ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix, the former world champion explained that racing is a way of life for him and that he intends to drive in other motorsports series once his F1 experience is over.
Alonso acknowledged that his team is currently not at the level he wants and that the season is proving difficult, but stressed that the Singapore weekend represents an opportunity thanks to the circuit's many straights.
Furthermore, the Spanish driver commented on a software issue that blocked some cars at the start of the Malaysian Grand Prix: "We didn't suffer any kind of problem in Malaysia, but it's clear that what happened must never happen again." (PRIMASPORT)
