(PRIMASPORT) ROTTERDAM Cesc Fabregas spoke to Sky Sport ahead of tomorrow's Champions League match between his Como club and Feyenoord in Rotterdam. "It's our first time playing in the Champions League, and many of our players are making their debut in this competition," Fabregas said. "We know we'll be judged on results, but it's a dream we want to make come true by following a specific growth path.".
The coach praised the work of Feyenoord manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst, calling him "a great person and a great coach." He then highlighted the value of his striker Nico Paz, who has put in some strong performances despite his young age and his third season as a professional. "Paz is decisive, strong, and has a desire to constantly improve. For me, that's the most important thing," Fabregas added.
Finally, the coach expressed confidence in the group and the path they've taken: "I want to give everyone a chance because they make me proud in training and in high-level matches, like those against Milan and Atalanta. We're only at the beginning, but I want to continue our journey with confidence." (PRIMASPORT)
