The first matchday of the Europa League single group stage will be played on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th September, with matches scheduled for 9pm, except for a few matches brought forward to 6.45pm.
On Wednesday the 16th, the matches between Ararat and Sparta Prague and Omonia will be played at 6:45 PM. In the evening, at 9 PM, the matches will be played between Beer Sheva and Dinamo Zagreb, Sunderland and Az Alkmaar, Sturm Graz and Rennes, Anderlecht and Lyon, Olympiacos and Jagiellonia, Milan and Benfica, and Leverkusen and Celje.
On Thursday the 17th, the first two matches will be Levski Sofia vs. Salzburg and OFI Crete vs. Hoffenheim at 6:45 PM. At 9 PM, the matches will be played: Lillestrom vs. Torreense, Besiktas vs. Marseille, Crystal Palace vs. Lech Poznan, Celtic vs. Ferencvaros, Viktoria Plzen vs. Union SG, Real Sociedad vs. Bournemouth, and Juventus vs. Nec.
