(PRIMASPORT) MILAN After the international break, AC Milan is preparing to restart with Davide Bartesaghi emphasizing that confidence in him has never wavered. Due to injuries to Saelemaekers and Estupinan, Bartesaghi is ready to take up more space in the squad and says he's comfortable in a variety of positions on the pitch.
“"We have a lot of confidence, I've always felt it, and tomorrow we'll meet again after this long break and do our best to prepare well for the match against Sassuolo," said Bartesaghi. The young player also emphasized the need for further improvement: "To do better, we'll have to raise the bar. Sometimes we struggle a bit, but this is all part of the journey, it's normal.".
He also has a positive relationship with his coach: "I like Amorim, he's a great coach, he talks to me often, and I get along well." Bartesaghi also expressed appreciation for some of his teammates, particularly defender Gila, whom he described as "versatile," and Hutchison, whom he praised for his technical qualities and ability in tight spaces.
(PRIMASPORT)
