The concession will last 40 years and entails a total investment of \u20ac125 million by the club, earmarked for equipment, improvements, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, and a concession fee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">The stadium, which will be able to accommodate up to 18,500 spectators for football matches, is scheduled for inauguration in the second half of the 2027\/2028 football season.
