After setting a new world record, bettering his previous mark of 3:59.153, set on October 18, 2024, in Copenhagen, Milan broke the 3:59 barrier, clocking 3:58.850. In the final, he beat Denmark&#039;s Frederik Madsen by 6 seconds, finishing in 4:00.769, while Filippo Ganna took bronze in the final with Rasmus Pedersen. This is Jonathan Milan&#039;s second world title in the individual pursuit and the third world championship medal of his career.
