After a heavy 0-3 defeat at San Siro against Inter, the Parma side will seek redemption in the match against Torino at the Stadio Tardini, aiming to earn their first points.

The offensive situation remains critical: Parma have scored only four goals so far, one of the worst attacks in Europe's top five leagues, surpassed only by Tottenham and Paderborn. Furthermore, the defense has shown unexpected weaknesses, highlighted by the performance against the Nerazzurri. Gilardino, who replaced Carlos Cuesta at the end of September, will have to work on several fronts to reverse this negative trend.

For the match against Torino, the coach will be without Nesta Elphege, who is out for three to four weeks following appendicitis surgery. Romero, one of the few bright spots this season with two goals, is expected to start as the starting striker. This is important for a team that has only had 16 shots on target in seven games, a worrying figure for the attacking side.

Among the possible changes to the lineup, Bernabè could replace Sierro at midfield, while Ndiaye, who has recovered, could replace Carboni in defense. Goalkeeper Corvi is under scrutiny after a glaring error against Inter, with Italian Under-21 player Daffara ready to take the field.

Read also

Lautaro Martinez will miss seven Serie A and Champions League games until the break.

PSG wins 4-2 against Manchester City, Donnarumma saves a Ferran Torres penalty.

Mourinho on Real Madrid's victory over Roma: "Two games in one, a very intense match."“

Alberto Gilardino leads Parma in the first home match against Turin to seek redemption after a complicated start in Serie A, with offensive problems and

"h5ap_radio_sources":[
[35
85,3904,443,44,5230,181
30
post-125977","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-calcio","tag-calcio","tag-gilardino","tag-parma","tag-serie-a","tag-serie-a-2026-2027","tag-torino
https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/54de8379a15a6539d41f5cd43c1b6fc220d10161ae5fefcd739b4111632a6a1a?s=96&d=mm&r=g
["GET
