The infrastructure will be completed, and training will begin without any further preliminary races scheduled before May. For the first time in the competition&#039;s history, there will be two days of fleet racing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mario Pozzi, head of the Minister of Sport&#039;s technical secretariat, highlighted how the Italian Sailing Federation recorded a 17% increase in membership in Campania during the week of preliminary regattas, especially among young people under 14, a result that justifies investment in major sporting events.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The timeline calls for the platforms to be delivered to the teams within a few months, with all teams expected in Bagnoli by January 2027. A public investment of \u20ac15 million has also been confirmed for the construction of a new metro station in Bagnoli, capable of connecting Naples and Rome in about an hour and 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marco Monsurr\u00f2, vice president of Confindustria Nautica, highlighted the success of the purchasing portal offered to the teams, a sign of the significant national industrial response to the event.
