The comment came just days after Ferrari officially confirmed its confidence in Vasseur as team leader.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a press conference, Vasseur stated: <strong>\u201c&quot;We need calm, excellent relations with Ferrari management. We need calm, and that communication was useful to prevent the rumors from recurring this weekend.&quot;.<\/strong> He added that while everyone wants more from the results, internal support is strong and team dynamics are key.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">World champion Lewis Hamilton expressed similar views, stressing that he didn&#039;t want to place responsibility on any single individual. Hamilton said: <em>\u201c&quot;Fred is our leader, and he&#039;s doing a fantastic job.
