The majority shareholder has already announced that it will cover its share by paying an advance of \u20ac60 million, nearly enough to cover the previous year&#039;s loss. The proposed capital increase is motivated by the desire to &quot;support the strengthening of the club&#039;s capital structure and sporting competitiveness, implement potential upgrades of strategic real estate assets, starting with the Allianz Stadium, enhance the brand, and, of course, ensure economic and financial sustainability.&quot; This is Juventus&#039; ninth consecutive financial year in the red, and a further loss is expected for the 2026-27 financial year, due to the club&#039;s failure to participate in the Champions League this season.
