Despite his unchanged top spot, Zverev continues to close the gap on Sinner, now at 1,370 points compared to 1,810 less than two weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Italian missed the China Open due to inflammation in his right knee and has been absent from tournaments since mid-July.
