The request concerns the inclusion of the sports secretary among the professional roles envisaged in Article 25 of Legislative Decree 36\/2021, defining their duties, which include administrative and sports management, membership and transfers, contracts, and relationships with Federations, Leagues, and industry bodies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">According to Di Cintio, the sports secretary is a structural figure within clubs and requires legal certainty, overcoming the current regulatory gray area.
