The Slovenian cyclist won the uphill finish in Les Angles and took the lead despite having the same time as Vingegaard. The better placings in the early stages made the difference. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Pogacar crossed the finish line two seconds ahead of the Dane, Ecuadorian Richard Carapaz, and Frenchman Paul Seixas.
